The Man

Dr. Elko received his Bachelors in Biology Education and Coaching from California University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to West Virginia University where he received two Masters and a Doctorate and was later inducted into West Virginia University Hall of Fame.

 

He went on to intern at the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs. In Sports, he has consulted with various successful NFL teams including The Pittsburgh Steelers, The Dallas Cowboys, The Philadelphia Eagles, The Miami Dolphins and The New Orleans Saints.  In college sports, Dr. Elko has worked with seven BCS National Championship Football Teams including The University of Miami, L.S.U., The University of Alabama and Florida State University.

The Plan

In July of 2019 Dr. Elko joined with Billy Duren and Threaded Fasteners, Inc to begin the Game Plan for Greatness Tour. This came from the two leaders dedication to others and seeing a need to motivating leaders. In the process of developing the Game Plan for Greatness model it was evident that great leaders wish to become even better leaders. Our solution for that need is to keep them motivated, informed, and connected to resources. The Game Plan for Greatness teaches you how to develop your personal language for better success. When you learn a language, if you fail to use it regularly you will forget how to speak it. The same goes for building a language for success, if you stop using this language, you will forget it. We won't let that happen!
