The below list is a brief overview of Covid-19 policies and procedures for the Game Plan for Greatness Birmingham. This is not a comprehensive list of all the precautions that will be taken, and these policies may change due to changing guidelines and regulations.

• The Game Plan for Greatness Birmingham will offer a full refund to anyone who falls ill or has been exposed to Covid-19 and therefore cannot attend the event.

• In the state of Alabama, current Covid-19 related regulations allow for the Renaissance Ross Bridge to host up to 350 people within the Hoover Ballroom while maintaining social distancing protocols. The Game Plan for Greatness is limiting the number of attendees to 200 people to allow for further distancing.

• Tables will be stationed six feet apart from one another within the ballroom.

• Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the event space.

• Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa staff members will be required to wear face coverings.

• Weather permitting, lunch will be hosted on the outdoor terrace; however, indoor options will be available and social distancing measures will be taken.

• Because of the nature of this interactive seminar, we ask that people be cautious of social distancing while interacting with other attendees and if engaging with Dr. Kevin Elko.
